COURSE: Respiratory Protection Program

DURATION OF COURSE: 4 hours

PROGRAM GOALS
The goal of this training session is to emphasize the importance of the proper selection, use, sanitation and storage of respirators.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:
At the completion of this training session, the participants will be acquainted with the following information:

  • Respiratory hazards
  • Function of the respiratory system
  • Selecting a respirator
  • Inspecting, cleaning, sanitizing and storing respirators
  • Fit testing procedures
  • Demonstration and fit testing

    At the conclusion of the class, each participant will take a written examination and complete a course evaluation.
