Within one mile on a city street, a driver has to make approximately 58 separate decisions: nearly one decision every second! This program provides support to Driver Education and Driver Training courses, covering rules, safety and technique. It illustrates the important tactics needed for safe city driving. The program encourages being patient and alert behind the wheel, wary of potential hazards, and considerate of other drivers. Various safety techniques are illustrated. Viewers learn that safe driving is often a matter of making the right decision at the right time. |
