Sexual harassment is perhaps the most destructive form of discrimination. This video educates employees about the types of sexual harassment including ""Hostile Work Environments"". Scenarios are presented which depict subtle forms of discrimination and the negative effect they have on employees and company morale. Viewers are trained to recognize Sexual Harassment of any type and steps are outlined for effectively dealing with harassment. The devastating impact of sexual harassment cannot be ignored and this video is a great way to ensure that it doesn't undermine the success of your company.
Training for Management
Failure to respond to an employee complaint of sexual harassment in the workplace can result in your company being liable for monetary damages when an employee has to seek intervention from a governmental agency or file a lawsuit. You may be personally liable if someone complains to you and no action is taken. This program trains supervisors how to be prepared and take appropriate action to investigate and resolve claims of sexual harassment.
